Due to the intimate nature of our products, Xpressions Adult Stores maintains a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. We accept returns only on unopened, factory-sealed items or products with verified manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, as intimate items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a discreet shipping box and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
